一、研究院簡介
轉化醫學研究院位于中國西部科技創新港21號樓一層和四層，建筑面積共計21000 m2。轉化醫學研究院以西安交通大學醫學部基礎醫學院為依托、下設6個研究所，堅持面向世界科技前沿、面向經濟主戰場、面向國家重大需求，以強基強醫、追求原創、注重轉化、服務國家為方針，以臨床問題為導向，通過學科交叉融合，注重開展基礎及臨床轉化的原創性研究。研究團隊由實力雄厚的教授、優秀的副教授、博士后及專業技術人員等組成；現有國家級人才5人，省部級人才20人，校青年拔尖人才20人。
Translational Medicine Institute is located on the 1stand 4thfloors of Building No.21, Western China Science and Technology Innovation Harbor, with a total area of 21000m2. Based on School of Basic Medical Sciences, Translational Medicine Institute with 6 institutes below follows the principle of“reinforcing basic medicine, pursuing originality, highlighting translational medicine and serving the country”and focus on the original research of basic and clinical transformation through interdisciplinary studies and the guidance of clinical aspects, according to the missions of "facing the forefront of world science and technology, the main economic battlefield and fulfilling critical national demands". The research team is composed of fully reinforced professors, excellent associate professors and post-doctorate as well as professional technicians; there are 5 national talents, 20 provincial talents, and 20 scholars selected for the “Young Talent Support Plan”of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
二、研究所簡介
分子轉化醫學研究所聚焦生物大分子的功能與結構，致力于癌癥、炎癥及代謝性疾病等的發病機制研究和科研成果轉化。
The Institute of Translational Medicine (IMTM) dedicates to the pathogenesis studies of cancer, inflammation and metabolic diseases,etc.and the transformation of innovative achievements by focusing on the structure and function of bio-macromolecules.
感染與免疫研究所主要研究機體免疫系統發育、感染及免疫性疾病的致病機理，在治療靶點發現和藥物研發方面產生創新性突破。
The Institute of Infection and Immunity focuses on developmental immunology, and the pathogenesis of infectious and immune-related diseases, and has made innovative breakthroughs to explore therapeutic targets as well as drug development.
腦科學研究所在腦高級功能、神經系統發育和神經系統疾病的調控機制等領域取得了一系列成果。
The Institute of Neuroscience has made a series of achievements in molecular mechanisms for regulating of higher brain functions, nervous system development and neurological disorders.
遺傳與發育研究所以遺傳、生殖、精神應激及其相關疾病，腫瘤發生發展與生物信息學為研究領域，揭示疾病基因組表達調控規律。
The Institute of Genetics and Development takes genetics, reproduction, mental stress and related diseases, tumorigenesis and progression, and bioinformatics as its research fields to understand and solve the mechanisms of disease genetics.
心血管研究所形成跨心血管發育、生理病生、藥理、血管生物學等多學科交叉的科研創新團隊，在血管生物力學領域處于國際領先地位。
The Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences has formed a research and innovation team that integrates cardiovascular development, physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology of major cardiovascular diseases, and vascular biology. Particularly, It is at the forefront in the field of vascular biomechanics internationally.
醫學工程研究所主要在生物醫學傳感與檢測、納米材料、有源植入平臺三方面開展研究，在醫工交叉領域逐漸形成自己的特色。
The Institute of Medical Engineering mainly conducts research in three aspects in the field of medial engineering: biosensors and detection, biomedical nanomaterials and active implantable medical devices.
